This section covers some of the designs for nightstands created by the artist for his clients. 

     The 'Plate' style nightstand has become a staple of Mike's work, having built versions with multiple shelving orientations, some with single or double drawers, and many utilizing back panels and having customized portholes to access and conceal electrical cords and outlets.  The 'Plate' style pieces employ a large amount of surface area which can serve as a blank canvas to use to introduce a custom choice of color powder coat, and have also been finished in a two-tone scheme in the past. 

     In addition to the 'Plate' NS, Mike has crafted round topped bedside tables, and a geometric piece with barred sides for his own nightstand at home.
